Liberty Family Medicine

Liberty Family Medicine is a family medicine practice. We see people of all ages from newborns to the elderly. Our philosophy is to provide a very nurturing and caring environment for all patients. Where patients feel like family and where patients are active participants in their healthcare.

When the patient walks through our door they can expect a very warm, friendly smile, a very warm and friendly welcome and they can expect to be treated like a person. In our office patients can expect to be able to get routine health care for their chronic medical conditions. We also provide physicals, whether it's sports physicals or employee physicals. We provide immunizations for children. Having the patient involved in their care is important to me because in order to assure patients are going to comply I feel that they need to be a part of the treatment. In many situations patients feel like they are being told what to do. But I think when they are also engaged and participating they can give their opinion, they can explain and take part in the plants for their care.

We do use electronic medical records here. I believe the most important piece of that is MyChart, which allows patients to be able to review their lab and test results, it also allows them to be able to schedule appointments as well as communicate with the staff. Our patients benefit with our relationship to Premier Health by having all the resources easily accessible. Four instance, if they get testing done then I can easily access the records. Or if they see other specialists or physicians within Premier health, we all communicate very easily with each other.
