Who is at risk for arthritis?

Knee pain can happen to anyone. It typically has a genetic predisposition where a lot of the osteoarthritic patients that I see have a family history of knee arthritis. And they’ve inherited it at some point. Other times it can be a traumatic event, or even a traumatic event that happened when they were in high school or college that is just now starting to catch up to them.
