Developed by our skilled athletic training team in collaboration with our Titleist Performance Institute certified physical therapists, the Golf Performance Program at Premier Health is designed to enhance your golf performance safely. Following a swing analysis, you’ll receive a customized exercise program tailored to your needs that focuses on increasing your strength and power for improved results on the course.

The Golf Performance Program is not billed through insurance and is self-pay only. No physician order is required.
