Fast & Easy
Premier Health MyChart®
Premier Health MyChart keeps patients in touch with their doctors and offers personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records via computer, tablet, or smartphone.
MyChart is an easy-to-use, convenient tool that makes it simple for patients to refill and view prescriptions, schedule appointments and reminders, check in for appointments, and view lab and test results. Premier Health MyChart also provides the latest COVID-19 information, including vaccine availability and clinic scheduling.
Use Premier Health MyChart or download the mobile app by visiting the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
In spring 2021, Premier Health MyChart is unveiling a new look and an improved experience for patients through both the website and the mobile app.
On My Way
The On My Way tool gives patients the ability to alert a Premier Health emergency center of their pending arrival. This new feature, available online and in the Premier Health MyChart® app, helps emergency teams prepare for patients who are about to arrive.
Patients who have a MyChart account can tap the On My Way button on the home screen and follow the prompts to send an alert to their chosen emergency center. Patient history and other important data from their MyChart account will be sent to the emergency center team.
Patients who do not have a MyChart account can view all of the health system’s emergency centers and their anticipated wait times. Patients can click the On My Way button, select an emergency center, answer a few short questions, then send an alert to the emergency center team.
On My Way does not hold a spot in line for emergency care. The order in which emergency patients are seen is based on the severity of their injury or illness.
