Each year, Premier Health recognizes the many partnerships that we share with local organizations, leaders, and citizens. These partnerships are the inspiration for our mission: We Care. We Teach. We Innovate. We Serve. They help us to identify, provide, and support essential community benefit programs where they are needed most.

This annual Community Impact Report shares our support of outreach and partnerships that improve lives and make a difference for local residents. To provide a complete picture for a full year, the data we share are for the previous year’s activity. For 2022, Premier Health invested nearly $248 million in community benefits, including more than $198 million in free care and other unpaid services to families in need. These projects and services directly reflect the commitment and dedication of our physicians, staff, volunteers, and community partners.

You’ll find in this report a few examples of our mission in action across Southwest Ohio as we work to teach our youth about the dangerous consequences of poor choices; provide comfort and support to those who have lost a child; offer guidance and care without judgment; alleviate food insecurity; and extend much-needed access to health care.
