Orientation – Onboarding Programs

Premier Health has a focused orientation for established nurses that builds on experiential knowledge. The program includes interactive simulation, interdisciplinary education, and support to integrate you into our team.

• Job Shadowing - Nursing Connect brings job shadowing information to you, so you can observe trained professionals in the Premier Health environment.
• New Graduate Nurse Residency - During this one-year residency program, you will refine your skills through standardized and evidence-based training, successfully transition from novice to competent in the clinical environment, and develop professional relationships with coaching and mentoring sessions.
• Traditional Fellowship Program - For nurses with experience outside of acute care, this individualized and evidence-based program will support you through making a successful transition from a non-hospital environment.
