The physicians and staff of Middletown Medical Group have been serving the Middletown and Dayton communities since 1966. Quality healthcare is our highest priority.

Founded by Dr. William Thomas Scott, we provide a full range of well care and preventive care services. Our group specialize in internal medicine and endocrinology services to help manage illnesses of patients 16 and older. 

We offer same-day appointments for our patient's convenience. Compunet Laboratory provides patients with comprehensive services and tests ordered by our physicians in our office.

Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
