Troy and Piqua Parkinson’s Wellness Program Sessions
If you’re living with Parkinson’s disease, this unique exercise program may offer valuable support. The Parkinson's Wellness Program is based on evidence that indicates that consistent, structured exercise can retrain both your mind and body to keep you in control. Through targeted strength-training routines, the program aims to help you move more freely, reduce stiffness, improve handwriting, and increase your independence in daily activities.

Participants previously enrolled in a Parkinson’s Wellness Program class must register in the same fitness level of class. New participants can select a class, but may be assigned to a different class based on their pre-assessment with a physical therapist.
Regular price: $240 for pre-assessment and 24 classes
Price for you: $120 for pre-assessment and 24 classes due to the generosity of the Tim Drake Family Fund
