Our skilled team of physicians takes a multi-disciplinary approach that allows us to deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient neurological care and support. The physicians at the Clinical Neuroscience Institute utilize advanced technology and innovative diagnostic tools to successfully treat emergent conditions such as; stroke, head and spine trauma, brain tumors, brain aneurysms, epilepsy, headaches, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), neuromuscular disorders, and many more.
Our comprehensive Epilepsy Program features advanced laser and surgical interventions tailored to individual patient needs. As a recognized MS Center of Excellence, we offer specialized care for multiple sclerosis patients. Our neurosurgery department utilizes cutting-edge technology for brain tumor management, including the only awake craniotomy option in Dayton, allowing for enhanced precision and patient involvement. We also specialize in spine surgery, ranging from minimally invasive techniques to complex procedures. Additionally, our commitment to advancing medical science includes participation in advanced clinical trials, ensuring our patients have access to the newest therapies available.
Our award winning, Comprehensive Stroke Center is the first, and only, Joint Commission certified comprehensive stroke center in the greater Dayton region. This designation is made possible only by the strength of our Neurocritical Care and Neurointerventional surgery teams, with 24/7 inpatient neurology care and leading Telehealth technology. This collaboration serves all of Premier Health with award winning stroke care and again illustrates our dedication to excellent patient care and outcomes for the region.

The CNSI support team of physician assistants, nurse practitioners, social workers, and registered nurses improve the health of all who they serve by coordinating care across all Premier Health facilities, which avoids long hospital stays and duplication of services to the convenience of our patients.
