Appointment/Procedure Preparation
We are currently accepting new patients. Magnolia Women's Health accepts most major insurance plans. Please verify coverage before your visit. You can call our billing and insurance specialist at (937) 499-9000 (937) 499-9000 to confirm that we accept your insurance plan. Any special instructions regarding your appointment will be discussed with you at the time of your call.

We ask new patients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their initial appointment to complete any of the necessary forms from the list below:
What to Expect
Please be sure to bring either your medications or a list of the medications you are currently taking along with your insurance card(s). All patients should come prepared to pay any co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurances at the time of their visit.
Prescription Refills
To request a prescription refill, call (937) 208-4110(937) 208-4110.
Please provide the following information:
- Your name and date of birth
- Drug name
- Prescribing physician’s name
- Pharmacy name and phone number
Phone-in refill requests will be completed within 24 to 48 hours. Mail-in refill requests should be made at least one week in advance because of the more extensive refill process.
Requests for prescription refills can also be made through MyChart, our online patient portal.
After Your Visit or Procedure
After your visit, you will receive instructions for making a follow-up appointment. You will also receive information about prescriptions, blood work or other orders/testing if needed. If tests have been ordered, you will receive a phone call or letter to notify you of your results.
Billing & Insurance

MVH has southwest Ohio's only high-risk maternity center and Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the same facility, which ensures mothers and babies receive the most comprehensive care.

Hospital Pre-Registration
We encourage all mothers-to-be to pre-register for their birthing experiences. Taking the time to complete paperwork before you arrive to deliver your baby will make your check-in quicker, allowing us to have you in your room in less time. Pre-registration can be completed at your hospital's registration office or online.
