Caring for women during pregnancy and delivery is one of the highlights of our practice. We are devoted to providing comprehensive and personal care to you and your baby during this life-changing experience.
Magnolia Women's Health physicians are experts at preventing and rapidly diagnosing and treating any complications that may arise. Our obstetrical expertise includes the management of high-risk pregnancies. When necessary, we work closely with Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Our on-site ultrasound facilities allow added convenience and rapid response time when necessary.
Magnolia Women's Health sonographers are trained in the following ultrasound procedures:
- Nuchal translucency screening – Screens for congenital heart defects, Down syndrome and other disorders
- Fetal anatomy scans – Used to measure baby's growth, view parts of the anatomy, and check the amount of amniotic fluid present
- 3-D imaging – produces more life-like images than standard 2-D ultrasounds
