Appointment/Procedure Preparation
All patients of Monroe Medical Center should come to their visit with the expectation that their medical needs will be a priority.
Patients who know they will need a prescription refilled should plan to discuss this during their visit.
We ask new patients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their initial appointment to complete any of the necessary forms from the list below:
What to Expect
All patients are asked to bring their current medications or a list of their current medications, a driver’s license and insurance card(s). All patients should come prepared to pay any co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurances at the time of their visit.
After Your Visit or Procedure
When your visit is complete, you will be given an After Visit Summary, which includes the details of your visit, instructions, educational materials and suggestions. You also will be given the opportunity to sign up for MyChart. MyChart also allows you to schedule appointments, check your current and past lab results and ask other medical questions through a secure website. Any follow up or specialist appointments that you need will be taken care of when you are checking out after your visit.
