Wound Care

Wounds can heal slowly, or not at all, due to a variety of medical conditions, including poor circulation caused by vascular diseases. These chronic wounds can further harm your health.

But you can find help with your wounds from the Wound Care and Burn Care services of Premier Health. Comprehensive wound care centers, offering hyperbaric oxygen therapy, are located at Atrium Medical Center, Miami Valley Hospital South, and Upper Valley Medical Center. Miami Valley Hospital also is home to the Regional Adult Burn Center.
