Nikolaus Berger
Nik Berger earned an undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University in athletic training and health promotion. He completed a master’s degree in athletic training at Ohio University. He has served as an athletic trainer in college-level sports. He began with Premier Health in 2007. Nik was injured as a high school athlete and recalls how he benefited from the work of an athletic trainer. He wants to provide that same benefit to someone else. He especially enjoys football, but enjoys watching almost any sport. He also enjoys trail running, hiking, as well as kettlebell and steel mace training. His favorite pastime is spending time with his family.
Michael J. Griesser, MD - Orthopedic Consultant
Dr. Michael Griesser received his medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2006. He completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Ohio State University in 2011 and an orthopedic sports medicine fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic in 2012. Dr. Griesser is board certified in orthopedic surgery and he practices with Premier Orthopedics.
Timothy Linker, MD - Medical Director
Dr. Timothy Linker received a degree in biology from Mt. Vernon Nazarene College and his medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University. He completed his family practice residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio and went on to complete a sports medicine fellowship at Grant Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Linker is the medical director for sports medicine at Atrium Medical Center and owns a sports medicine and family practice in Mason, Ohio.
