Education And Support

Premier Health’s Trauma Services EMS Center of Excellence, and CareFlight Air and Mobile Services provide extensive emergency medicine and trauma education for EMTs (emergency medical technicians), nurses, and emergency doctors, to enhance the immediate care they provide to our community.

We also provide:

  • Trauma training for doctors and nurses at hospitals that don't offer definitive trauma care
  • Continuing education for EMS (emergency medical service) personnel at our EMS Center of Excellence
  • Community outreach for local EMS and the public
  • Community paramedicine to provide personalized health and wellness support in the comfort of home

Our standardized approach to trauma care provides patients with optimal care, since there's no question of what to do next. Care providers learn to recognize trauma cases, apply skills to stabilize patients, and refer them to appropriate care.
