EpicCare Link Request

EpicCare Link is a web-based application that is available to referring physician offices and extended care facilities. It provides access to a view-only version of our Epic application and aids in following the progress of care for patients within Premier Health.

The online portal provides secure, convenient access to patient information through an internet browser when and where you need it within the US.
