CME Transcripts

If you have attended a Wright State University (WSU) CME event or a Premier Health event jointly sponsored by Wright State University, you can request a transcript of the CME credits you have earned.

WSU is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education and maintains a record of attendance for its CME activities.

Your transcript will be emailed directly to your email address on file with WSU. If you don’t know which email address is on file or have other questions, contact WSU’s CME office:
